Schools utilize school-to-home communication in a variety of ways. Levels of school-to-home communication include:

   Level 1 – Emergency notifications, weather related school delays or closings

   Level 2 – Student absence reporting

   Level 3 – Test, quiz, project and homework reminders

   Level 4 – Bus delays

   Level 5 – Activity reminders (athletics, clubs, PTO)
